Meet Josh. With a strong work ethic, genuine care and a few words of encouragement locked and loaded, this is the man you want in your corner when you need that little bit extra to get through a tough workout. Josh has personality by the bucket loads and his infectious energy gives life to your training environment.
With his years of experience in the Army, Josh has learnt exactly what it takes to perform both physically and mentally in any situation and is ready, willing and eager to help you through whatever it is Purpose has in store for you.
Andi has been on the fitness scene since 2005. When she’s not coaching or throwing down at Purpose, she is a full time serving Member of the Royal Australian Air Force. She joined in 2009 as a Physical Training Instructor.
Why she loves coaching at purpose? There’s nothing better than watching a person grow and learn more about themselves and how to move their own body.. helping someone develop over time is so satisfying to be apart of, you get to take away and share the successes with every person you invest time in. There’s no better feeling.
After years of training and coaching, Jase not only has a wealth of knowledge about Strength & Conditioning, but is known for his caring and enthusiastic personality.
Always down for a laugh and a cheeky throw down, Jase will always go above and beyond to ensure you are enjoying your training, whilst also getting the push you need to reach your goals.
